Thanksgiving and Opening Note

We thank God for bringing us safely into a new year. January 2026 opened with renewed faith, a deeper dependence on prayer, and a continued commitment to the work entrusted to us. We are sincerely grateful to every prayer partner and supporter who has faithfully stood with us.

From early seasons of uncertainty through times of testing and into this present phase of growth and clearer direction, we can testify that the Lord has been faithful. Your prayers, encouragement, and generous support have been vital to this journey. This report is shared with gratitude and transparency, reflecting what God continues to do through this ministry and through you, month by month.

“Thus far the Lord has helped us.”
— 1 Samuel 7:12

Promise Word for 2026: A Year of Increase and Expansion

“Enlarge the place of your tent, stretch your tent curtains wide, do not hold back; lengthen your cords, strengthen your stakes. For you will spread out to the right and to the left; your descendants will dispossess nations and settle in their desolate cities.”
— Isaiah 54:2–3

Our Mandate and Calling

Our mission remains steadfast: to teach, train, and transform disciples of the Lord Jesus Christ, equipping them to reach the unreached and strengthen the Church across India. What began as local gatherings and small training groups has, by God’s grace, grown into a nationwide network of pastors, leaders, and grassroots believers who hunger for the Word of God and are committed to living it out, even amid opposition.

Reaching the unreached at any cost continues to be the core of our calling. We emphasize personal evangelism, sharing the Gospel in native languages through worship songs, building genuine friendships, and walking alongside people as they encounter Christ.

Ministry Progress Over the Years Leading into 2026

Over the past 8 years, the ministry has matured in both depth and reach.

What began as simple online prayer and teaching gatherings has developed into a sustained digital discipleship movement. Daily devotionals and intercessory prayer points are now shared in English, Hindi, Telugu and Kannada reaching pastors, missionaries, and believers across nearly every state in India. The WhatsApp Prayer Room functions as a living altar of intercession, receiving urgent requests from persecuted believers, families in crisis, and frontline workers. Many have testified to healing, provision, restored faith, and renewed courage.

Online Bible training through Zoom has grown significantly. From fewer than 100 participants in our early programs, we now equip hundreds of Gospel workers each year. Our teaching materials have been translated into Hindi, Telugu, and Kannada, digitized, and shared in formats accessible even to those with limited technology. Recorded sessions are uploaded to YouTube, enabling believers in remote or restricted areas to continue learning at their own pace. In locations with no internet access or digital resources, our Bible teachers make in-person video visits on fewer occasions, ensuring scattered groups are still reached and discipled.

Alongside digital ministry, on-ground work has remained central. Training retreats, pastors’ conferences, women’s gatherings, and Christmas outreaches have been conducted in states such as Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Chhattisgarh, Bihar, and Jammu and Kashmir. In many of these regions, believers face intimidation, legal pressure, social boycott, or outright violence. Yet the Church continues to grow quietly and faithfully.

January 2026

National Conference, Hyderabad

By God’s grace, I had the privilege of serving as a translator for the international guest speakers from the United States during the National Conference held in Hyderabad. The conference was further enriched by the participation of several of our associates who traveled from different states: James and Suman from Jammu and Kashmir; Patiyar and Tetra, along with Dharmender and Soni, from Uttar Pradesh; Samuel and Pramila from Maharashtra; and Pampilal and Sushila from Madhya Pradesh. Their presence added great value to the fellowship and collective learning during the conference.

Yeleswaram, North-East Andhra Pradesh: The first SOZO Family Church based informal training was hosted at Christ Mission Church in Yeleswaram on 21st January. This gathering brought together pastors and believers for meaningful teaching, fellowship, and spiritual renewal. A total of 20 pastors and believers participated in the training. The response was deeply encouraging, reflecting a growing hunger for unity and spiritual growth.

Husnabad, Telangana: The second SOZO Family Church based informal training was conducted at Husnabad and organized by Hindi Masihi Sammelan on 31st January. This initiative brought together pastors and believers from diverse backgrounds for focused teaching, fellowship, and spiritual renewal. A total of 28 pastors from across North Telangana participated in the training. The response was deeply encouraging and affirmed the need for such gatherings.

Visit to CMC, Vellore: My mother’s third review appointment went well, and all her medical reports were encouraging, with only a slight drop in hemoglobin levels. Doctors prescribed regular medications, and her next review is scheduled for the first week of April 2026. During this visit, I contracted a viral infection, which briefly limited my ability to attend to regular ministry responsibilities. By God’s grace, I have now fully recovered.

Field Ministry and Persecuted Church Support

Your partnership has directly strengthened frontline workers:
Pastor P.C | Chandauli, Uttar Pradesh

In 2025, Pastor P.C. and Sister T.C., our dedicated missionary associates in Sonebhadra, Uttar Pradesh, walked through a year marked by both significant challenges and faithful service. Alongside personal health concerns, they faced intense local hardships, yet the ministry continued to grow. In December, they transitioned from Sonebhadra and relocated to Chakia, Chandauli. Throughout every season, Pastor P.C. and Sister T.C. have remained steadfast examples of faith and servant leadership, inspiring many and advancing discipleship across the villages of Uttar Pradesh.

Pastor M.K. | Mahasamund, Chhattisgarh

Pastor M.K. faithfully oversees eight growing fellowships in Mahasamund, nurturing believers through teaching, prayer, and discipleship, with a special focus on children’s worship and mentorship. He conducts weekly outreach across multiple locations. Despite limited resources, his ministry continues to bear fruit. Christmas outreach that provided 42 mosquito nets to vulnerable communities. Pastor M.K. is scheduled to be married in February. Please keep Pastor Munna and Sureta in your prayers as well. We invite your continued prayers and support as these fellowships advance God’s work in the region.

Pastor P.S | Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh

In Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh, the Lord is raising a courageous and enduring witness through Sister Pastor P.S. and the growing fellowship she faithfully serves. The church’s testimony was tested on August 17, when a violent mob disrupted Sunday worship. During the attack, women were verbally abused, property was damaged, false accusations were filed, and two brothers were unjustly imprisoned. Yet the fellowship has not retreated. They continue to gather boldly, declaring that their faith in Jesus Christ will not be silenced.

As the only believer in her Hindu family, she has endured sustained personal opposition, yet remains deeply rooted in Scripture, prayer, and the leading of the Holy Spirit. Her ministry among women and young people is marked by Spirit-led worship, strong biblical teaching, and visible transformation of lives.

On 27 January, during a fasting prayer gathering, the fellowship was once again targeted. Our associates were assaulted by a mob of Hindu fundamentalists and subsequently handed over to the police. They have been charged under Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS) Section 299, clauses (3) and (5), along with Section 3 of the Chhattisgarh Anti-Conversion Law. At their initial hearing, efforts are underway to secure bail. At this critical time, these fellow believers urgently need financial assistance toward their bail proceedings (Approx 1600 USD).

Ministry Focus for 2026

As we step fully into 2026, our focus is clear and prayerfully set.

We aim to teach, train, and transform at least 550 gospel workers through structured discipleship, leadership development, and practical ministry exposure. This includes expanding SOZO Family gatherings, strengthening online Bible training, and providing translated study materials for new believers.

Short-term mission exposure for young men and women is another burden the Lord has placed on our hearts. These trips are designed to help the next generation see the realities of ministry on the ground, develop compassion for unreached communities, and discern God’s calling for their lives.

Financial Stewardship and Transparency

Your faithful giving has been stewarded with prayer and accountability, supporting ministry operations, family needs, education, medical care, relief efforts, training, and outreach. For 2026, our estimated monthly operational budget is INR 30,370, (about US $350) covering housing, utilities, internet, fuel, and basic living expenses, with additional needs for our younger daughter’s education and ongoing ministry programs.

Expecting a new member in the family very soon by May 2026. We need your prayers.

We remain committed to living simply, prioritizing ministry needs, and stewarding every gift with integrity. When resources have fallen short, the Lord has supplied through unexpected channels. When funds have increased, we have sought to expand impact rather than comfort.

Thank you for journeying with us.

Yours in His Vineyard,
Pastor Kaki Peter Pal
